Our Breathe Shower Fizzies bring aromatherapy to your showers with all natural ingredients and no artificial fragrance oils. Just breathe in and enjoy the scents to wake you up when you are feeling stuffy from a cold or allergies. 
Directions: Place a Shower Fizzie at the edge of your tub or shower away from the direct spray or the drain. You may also place one in the 100% cotton pouch and hang from your shower head. If you take care to follow the instruction 1 fizzie should last 2 showers. Two fizzies in each pouch.

Breathe - citric acid, baking soda, kaolin clay, lavender, peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils, Maine distilled ethanol and Olivem (natural solubilizer).
